Tori Grace/ Heavy D

Hip Hop Legend Heavy D passed November 8th of unknown reason. Known for his overweight stature and witty lyrics, Heavy D have been in the game for over 20 years. Best known for his song title “ Now That We Found Love”, he had just performed for the BET HIP HOP awards of 2011. Sending out tweets to his fans, Heavy wished his blessings on Joe Fraziers family a mere 15 hours before it was announced via twitter that he had been rushed to the hospital and later pronounced dead. Best wishes to his family and friends.

Heavy D is credited with the helping of careers for artists such as P. Diddy and Soul 4 Real.
